Physical Therapist & Principal:

Cindy Greenfield PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC

Cindy Greenfield, PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC  is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy.  She has more than 29 years experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, industrial medicine, and women’s health.  She is the CEO and owner of Midland Physical Therapy and was Vice President of Permian Basin Therapy Services, PC for 26 years.  She has been the co-owner of the longest standing contract home health PT agency in the Midland-Odessa areaand serves on the advisory board for Odessa College’s PTA program. Cindy is certified in ergonomics and is also certified to perform physicals for commercial drivers. Physical Therapist:

Bruce Welborn, PT, DPT, NRCME

Bruce Welborn, PT, DPT graduated from Texas Tech Health Science Center in 2010. He has been living in Midland, Texas since 2008 with his wife and two children. Mr. Welborn, has worked in a variety of different physical therapy settings, however, prefers working within the outpatient setting the most. Mr. Welborn, has started and obtained certifications such as, (McKenzie) MPT I, II, III; (spinal manipulation) SMT I, and has acquired SFMA certification. Mr. Welborn, states, "I really look forward in being involved with the MPT, community services such as the once a month Low Back Pain & Sciatica workshop and working with MPT patients to improve their functional abilities and quality of living".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant:

Shelly Hubbard, PTA

Shelly received her associates in Applied Science in 1996 from Odessa College. She has been practicing locally for 22 years with experience in Home Health, outpatient, and wound care settings. Her specialty certificates include Pilates and Cooper's Heart Institute - Personal Trainer.

She has lived in Midland for 47 years. "I enjoy helping clients return to their full function and watching their self-confidence improve when they reach their goals".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant:

April Yanez, PTA

April was born and raised in South Texas but recently moved to Midland, TX with her loving husband.  She graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at South Texas College in May 2015 with an associate’s degree in Applied Science.  She has gained experience in multiple settings since and is WorkSTEPS certified in pre-employment testing.  She is passionate in helping people return to their previous level of function and educating patients on safe body mechanics, posture, and leading a healthy lifestyle to improve their overall quality of life.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant:

Cristy Cates, PTA

Cristy Cates, PTA, IASTM-1 Obtained an associate's degree in Applied Science from the Odessa College Physical Therapist Assistance Program in 1994 and has practiced locally as a licensed PTA for over 24 years. She has a wide variety of experience including acute care, wound care, home health, and out-patient physical therapy. She is certified in level 1 Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and has taken courses in Kinesiotaping.

 

Cristy grew up in Odessa, Texas, and has lived in Midland for 15 years. She loves the people of the Permian Basin and has a heart for helping people feel and function better. In Cristy's words, "Physical therapy is my passion. It is truly what I was born to do. When I am able to help someone feel better I have a sense of fulfillment and am blessed beyond words".

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vice President of Administration:

Ashlea Pilgrim, VPA

Ashlea is Vice President of Administration and joined Midland Physical Therapy in 2012. She was born in Midland, TX and throughout the years she has received extensive training through Fortis Management Technology in which she applies towards managing all business operations. Working closely with all departments, she ensures patients and candidates are taken care of from start to finish.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and experimenting with the culinary arts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vice President of Public Relations:

Daryl Greenfield  CRT, RCP, COHC

Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. A graduate of Permian High School and Odessa College, he worked at Medical Center Hospital for 28 years as a critical care respiratory therapist.  Daryl enjoys sports, movies, going to the lake and working out at the gym.
