Physical Therapist & Principal:

Cindy Greenfield PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC

 

Cindy Greenfield, PT, CEAS, NRCME, COHC  is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy.  She has more than 29 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics, industrial medicine, and women’s health.  She is the CEO and owner of Midland Physical Therapy and was Vice President of Permian Basin Therapy Services, PC for 26 years.  She has been the co-owner of the longest-standing contract home health PT agency in the Midland-Odessa area and serves on the advisory board for Odessa College’s PTA program. Cindy is certified in ergonomics and is also certified to perform physicals for commercial drivers. She has created a private practice that is the “One Stop Shop” for pre-employment services in Midland.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Physical Therapist:

Amanda Brandenburg PT, DPT, NRCME

 

Amanda Brandenburg, PT, DPT, NRCME is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy. She graduated in May of 2021 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She and her husband have lived in Odessa for 3 years now after moving from Austin. Amanda has a strong background in sports and orthopedic physical therapy and is passionate about helping people return to the things they love doing. She is currently seeking certification in manual therapy and others to further serve her patients.

 

 

Physical Therapist:

Ashley Powell PT, DPT, NRCME

 

Ashley Powell, PT, DPT, NRCME is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center School of Physical Therapy. She graduated in 2014 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She was born in San Angelo, TX, and attended high school at Midland High School here in Midland. Ashley spent the first 6 years of her career in Oklahoma City working in the acute, inpatient, and outpatient settings before moving back to Midland with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Ashley's number one goal is to help people get back to doing what they love through rehabilitation.

 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant:

Cristy Cates, PTA

Cristy Cates, PTA, IASTM-1 Obtained an associate's degree in Applied Science from the Odessa College Physical Therapist Assistance Program in 1994 and has practiced locally as a licensed PTA for over 24 years. She has a wide variety of experience including acute care, wound care, home health, and outpatient physical therapy. She is certified in level 1 Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and has taken courses in Kinesiotaping.

 

Cristy grew up in Odessa, Texas, and has lived in Midland for 15 years. She loves the people of the Permian Basin and has a heart for helping people feel and function better. In Cristy's words, "Physical therapy is my passion. It is truly what I was born to do. When I am able to help someone feel better I have a sense of fulfillment and am blessed beyond words".

 

 

Physical Therapist Assistant:

Lauren "Saige" Subia, PTA

Saige was born and raised in Midland, Texas. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Texas Tech University in 2016. Saige was accepted into the physical therapy assistant program at Odessa College and graduated in May 2020. Saige is a board-certified licensed PTA and personal trainer through the NSCA. Saige is planning on obtaining more certifications to help with progressing her patients in and outside of the clinic.

 

 

 

 

 

Vice President of Administration:

Ashlea Pilgrim, VPA

Ashlea is Vice President of Administration and joined Midland Physical Therapy in 2012. She was born in Midland, TX and throughout the years she has received extensive training through Fortis Management Technology in which she applies towards managing all business operations. Working closely with all departments, she ensures patients and candidates are taken care of from start to finish.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and experimenting with the culinary arts.

 

 

 

Vice President of Public Relations:

Nicole Greenfield, VPPR

Nicole is the Vice President of Public Relations. A graduate of Lee High School, here in Midland. She attended Texas A&M University and obtained a Bachelors's in Communication in 2017. Nicole loves to cook and go to the movies. She also has a fur baby named, Charlie.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Daryl Greenfield  CRT, RCP, COHC

Daryl Greenfield CRT, RCP, COHC was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. A graduate of Permian High School and Odessa College, he worked at Medical Center Hospital for 28 years as a critical care respiratory therapist.  Daryl enjoys sports, movies, going to the lake, and working out at the gym.
